We have worked as a technical advisors for Ford Motor Company and Chrysler Corporation in their arbitration programs throughout the 1990’s. While working as an expert witness in lemon law cases and product liability claims our expertise has contributed to a high rate of successful outcomes on our cases. We are active from the beginning of the case conducting the inspection on the vehicle, documenting my findings, preparing a detailed report and doing an extensive research on history of similar complaints and TSB’s and determining the diminished values.
